Ingredients

lemon jello
1
cup
boiling water
1
8 oz pkg
cream cheese
1
cup
sugar
5
tablespoons
lemon juice
1
12 oz can
evaporated milk, well chilled
3
cups
crushed graham crackers
Instructions
Dissolve jello in water and cool until slightly thickened.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Whip evaporated milk until fluffy and beat into cheese/jello mixture; beat well.
Line bottom of a 9-x-13-inch pan with half of the crackers. Add filling and top with remainder of crushed crackers.
Chill until jello is set.
