Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk, well chilled
- 3 cups crushed graham crackers

Instructions
- Dissolve jello in water and cool until slightly thickened.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Whip evaporated milk until fluffy and beat into cheese/jello mixture; beat well.
- Line bottom of a 9-x-13-inch pan with half of the crackers. Add filling and top with remainder of crushed crackers.
- Chill until jello is set.
