peeled and diced

peeled and sliced

chopped broccoli

can chicken broth

dried thyme

Instructions
Place oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent but not browned.
Add remaining vegetable ingredients and combine.
Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add thyme, salt, and pepper, and simmer until vegetables are tender.
