Wild Rice Blend

stems, and pieces
can (10 oz)
long grain rice
Drain mushrooms; keep liquid. Mix broth, water, and reserved mushroom liquid to make 2 cups.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add onions to broth and bring to a boil.
Add wild rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add long grain rice. Boil again, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add mushrooms and butter.
Heat briefly, then add parsley.
