This recipe is an easy way to prepare venison steak so it is tender and tasty.
can evaporated milk
flour seasoned with salt
pepper, and onion salt
Beat evaporated milk and egg together.
Pound steak to tenderize; dip steak in milk and egg mixture. Roll steak in the seasoned flour to coat. Brown steak in pan with shortening. Lay steak in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cover loosely with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
