- 1 lb lean ground venison
- 1 small onion grated (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1-1/2 tsp leaf marjoram crumbled
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients together, blending well.
- Shape mixture into patties and pan-fry in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, until well browned and cooked through.
