Vegetable Medley
This recipe is very easy to make and is so delicious. It is also a pretty side dish that goes with any kind of meat, and it’s a great way to use up any extra cucumbers.

  1. Sprinkle pickling salt over vegetables and let set for 2 hours, drain well.
Marinade/Sauce
  1. Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and pickling spice together well.
  2. Pour over drained vegetable mixture. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
