Ingredients
Vegetable Blend
- 2 Tbsp pickling salt
- 7 cups Cucumbers sliced and unpeeled
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
Marinade/Sauce
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 3/4 tsp pickling spice
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 3/4 tsp pickling spice

Instructions
Vegetable Blend
- Sprinkle pickling salt over vegetables and let set for 2 hours, drain well.
Marinade/Sauce
- Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and pickling spice together well.
- Pour over drained vegetable mixture. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

This will keep for up to 6 months.
