Tangy Lime Grilled Beef Top Round Steak

Instructions
  1. Combine lime juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in small bowl. Place beef steak and lime mixture in food-safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight; turning occasionally.
  2. Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade. Place steak on grill over medium heat. Grill, covered, 10–11 minutes for medium-rare (145 degrees) doneness, turning occasionally. (Do not overcook.) **
  3. Carve steak into thin slices.

Cook's Tips:

- To broil, place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2–3 inches from heat. Broil 12–13 minutes for medium rare (145 degree) doneness, turning once. (Do not overcook.)

**Important: for all ground beef recipes: cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed ground beef. Ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Color is not a reliable indicator of ground beef doneness.
