Taco Beef Shell Casserole
This recipe has been in Mom’s recipe box for as long as I can remember. My 15-year-old brother cheers enthusiastically whenever I make it!

  1. Bring beef, taco seasoning, and water to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Mix with cream cheese.
  3. Add pasta and butter.
  4. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  5. Pour taco sauce and salsa over the shell mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.
