Taco Beef Shell Casserole
This recipe has been in Mom’s recipe box for as long as I can remember. My 15-year-old brother cheers enthusiastically whenever I make it!

ground beef
browned

taco seasoning

water

8-oz package
cream cheese

miniature pasta shells
cooked

butter

Salsa
1
cup
taco sauce

marbled cheese
shredded

cups
Crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
Bring beef, taco seasoning, and water to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes.
Mix with cream cheese.
Add pasta and butter.
Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pour taco sauce and salsa over the shell mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.
