Sweet Bourbon Corn Pudding
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Stir in cream corn, corn kernels, butter, sugar, cornstarch/bourbon mixture, and nutmeg.
  5. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45–48 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Serve warm.
