Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups canned cream-style corn
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 3 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp bourbon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs and milk.
- Stir in cream corn, corn kernels, butter, sugar, cornstarch/bourbon mixture, and nutmeg.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Bake for 45–48 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
