Ingredients
- 2 lbs chuck or round steak
- 1 2 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 large green or red pepper diced
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 qt diced tomatoes drained, juice reserved
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- mashed potatoes

Instructions
- Cut meat into bite-sized pieces and brown. Place a large piece of aluminum foil into a 9-x13-inch cake pan. Inside of the foil, place the steak, soup mix, diced pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
- Add the cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper to the reserved tomato juice to thicken, and pour over meat and vegetables in foil. Seal foil into a packet and bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over mashed potatoes.
