Instructions
  1. Cut meat into bite-sized pieces and brown. Place a large piece of aluminum foil into a 9-x13-inch cake pan. Inside of the foil, place the steak, soup mix, diced pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  2. Add the cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper to the reserved tomato juice to thicken, and pour over meat and vegetables in foil. Seal foil into a packet and bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over mashed potatoes.
