Spiced Cranberry Orange Gelatin
  1. Stir together hot water, gelatin, and cinnamon for 2 minutes until dissolved.
  2. Stir in cranberries and mix until melted.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thick (when spoon draws through and leaves a definite impression).
  5. Then, stir in orange pieces.
  6. Spoon into 5-cup mold.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Add a garnish as desired. (i.e. use the center empty spot to fill with Cool Whip.)
