Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 4 oz pkg cranberry gelatin
- 1 4 oz pkg raspberry or strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 16 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 orange sectioned and diced

Instructions
- Stir together hot water, gelatin, and cinnamon for 2 minutes until dissolved.
- Stir in cranberries and mix until melted.
- Stir in cold water.
- Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thick (when spoon draws through and leaves a definite impression).
- Then, stir in orange pieces.
- Spoon into 5-cup mold.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Add a garnish as desired. (i.e. use the center empty spot to fill with Cool Whip.)

Optional: May use sugar-free ingredients.
