- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mild chunky salsa
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
- Crackers (Ritz, Triscuit, or Wheat Thins)
- Combine cream cheese and salsa in medium mixing bowl; mix until well blended.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
