Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
- Spread chicken on the bottom of slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, onion, soy sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, cornstarch, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Pour over chicken in slow cooker and cook covered for 3 to 3-1/2 hours on LOW.
- Meanwhile, heat water to boiling and add rice. Stir once, remove from heat and cover.
- Stir chicken and sauce when ready to serve, and pour over rice on plates.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions.
