Ingredients
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups onion chopped
- 6 celery ribs chopped
- 1 14 oz bottle of ketchup
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 30 Hamburger buns

Instructions
- In a very large skillet, brown the ground beef, drain the fat.
- Season meat with salt and pepper; add onions and celery and continue to cook until they begin to soften.
- Transfer meat and vegetable mixture to a large saucepan or slow cooker. Add ketchup, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, and vinegar.
- Stir to combine and cook an additional 30–45 minutes in the saucepan or for an additional 1 hour on HIGH in the slow cooker; stir occasionally.
- Serve on buns.
