Sloppy Joe Sauce for Many People
This sauce recipe will almost fill a Nesco roaster and leave room for stirring. The sauce can be frozen—I fill different size containers to use at a later date if I’m not making the entire 35–40 pounds of ground chuck. I have had lots of good comments on this sloppy joe sauce.

Instructions
  1. Combine first six ingredients into a Nesco cooker and cook for an hour, stirring frequently. Add tomato soup and lemon juice. Cook on LOW for 2 more hours, stirring frequently.
  2. After the 2 hours, combine cinnamon and cloves in a small bowl with some of the sauce, and blend to make a thin paste. Add this paste to the sauce and stir to combine. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Brown ground chuck and add enough sauce to cover. Keep on medium–low heat just long enough to blend the flavors, then combine meat/sauce mixture with remaining sauce in the Nesco, stir, and serve.
