- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3-1/4 cups powdered sugar

Frosting
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and evaporated milk and melt over very low heat, stirring frequently.
- When melted, remove from heat and add powdered sugar.
- Stir until thickened. If it becomes too thick, add a few drops of milk.
