Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 stick of butter melted
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together the butter, red bell pepper, and spices. Blanch the florets in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain and toss the florets and butter mixture together. Add the breadcrumbs and toss to coat.
- Place cauliflower on a baking sheet or shallow baking dish and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
