Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first three ingredients together and press into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Fold in rhubarb. Pour on top of crust. Bake for 40–55 minutes or until set and edges start to brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
