Ingredients
CRUST

flour

powdered sugar
1/3
cup
butter
FILLING

cup
sugar
1/4
cup
flour
2
eggs
lightly beaten

tsp
vanilla

finely chopped fresh rhubarb
Instructions
CRUST
Combine the flour and sugar. Cut the butter into the flour/sugar mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Press into the bottom of a greased 11-x7-x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
FILLING
Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in rhubarb and pour over warm crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35-40 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
