  1. Combine all bread ingredients well and pour into two prepared 8.5-x 4.5 x 2.5-inch or 1.5-quart glass bread loaf pans (either greased or lined with parchment paper).
TOPPING
  1. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of breads before baking at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Let cool before removing from pans.
