Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg jello any flavor

Instructions
- Mix together rhubarb, sugar, and pineapple.
- Let stand overnight.
- Put mixture in sauce pan and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add jello and mix well.
- Pour into plastic containers.
- Cool and store in refrigerator or freezer.
