Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Few drops red food coloring

Instructions
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar,
- cinnamon, and butter. Mix until crumbly. Press half into a 9-inch square pan. Cover with rhubarb. In a separate bowl combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water and cook until thick. Add vanilla and food coloring. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50–60 minutes.
