Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2-1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp butter
- 3 cups rhubarb
- Pastry shell
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup flour

Instructions
- Mix first six ingredients together. After ingredients are whipped well, add rhubarb. Pour mixture onto pie crust. Mix final three ingredients. Add to the top of the pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50–60 minutes.
