Ingredients

rhubarb

raisins or dates

water

shortening

Instructions
In a pan, cook rhubarb, raisins, and water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
