This has been a family favorite and the recipe is from my great aunt.

Bottom Layer
  1. Layer rhubarb, then sugar, into a 9-x13-inch pan. Evenly distribute butter pieces on top of the rhubarb/sugar layer.
Top Layer
  1. Mix top layer ingredients together with a mixer and spread over rhubarb/sugar layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until nicely browned.
