- 3 cups rhubarb diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter cut into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Bottom Layer
- Layer rhubarb, then sugar, into a 9-x13-inch pan. Evenly distribute butter pieces on top of the rhubarb/sugar layer.
Top Layer
- Mix top layer ingredients together with a mixer and spread over rhubarb/sugar layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until nicely browned.
