Refrigerator Pickles
This is a recipe for refrigerator pickles from a friend of my father in laws.
  1. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Stir often let set for 1 hour.
  3. Add sliced cucumbers, onions and peppers to brine.
  4. Let set on counter for 24 hours – fill jars covering pickles with brine – lid and refrigerate.
  5. Store in refrigerator. Good to eat after 36 hours.
