This is a recipe for refrigerator pickles from a friend of my father in laws.
10-12 inches long
green pepper chunked
white granulated sugar
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt.
Stir often let set for 1 hour.
Add sliced cucumbers, onions and peppers to brine.
Let set on counter for 24 hours – fill jars covering pickles with brine – lid and refrigerate.
Store in refrigerator. Good to eat after 36 hours.
