Ingredients
- 8-10 10-12 inches long burples cucumbers
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 green pepper chunked
- 2 cups vinegar
- 3 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup salt

Instructions
- Mix vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Stir often let set for 1 hour.
- Add sliced cucumbers, onions and peppers to brine.
- Let set on counter for 24 hours - fill jars covering pickles with brine - lid and refrigerate.
- Store in refrigerator. Good to eat after 36 hours.
