Refrigerator Pickles
  1. Mix salt and enough water to cover cucumbers; place cucumbers in water for one hour.
  2. Drain water and add onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, and vinegar.
  4. Put cucumbers and onions into jars and pour mixture over them.
  5. Keep in refrigerator. Eat after two days.
