- 7-9 cup cups cucumber unpeeled, sliced 1/2salt
- 1 cup onion sliced 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp mustard seed 1 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 cup vinegar

Instructions
- Mix salt and enough water to cover cucumbers; place cucumbers in water for one hour.
- Drain water and add onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, and vinegar.
- Put cucumbers and onions into jars and pour mixture over them.
- Keep in refrigerator. Eat after two days.
