Pumpkin Dip
  1. Beat cream cheese in mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin pie mix; beat well.
  3. Add sugar, cinnamon, and ginger; beat until smooth.
  4. Serve with gingersnap cookies.
  5. Store leftover dip in refrigerator. Yield: 3 cups dip
