Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in large bowl. Mix on medium speed for two minutes.
  2. Fill cupcake liners with batter approximately 2/3 full.
  3. Bake for 17 to 22 minutes at 325 degrees.
  4. Remove and let cool.
  5. Frost with the frosting of your choice. (Ready-made cream-cheese frosting is excellent on these cupcakes.)
