Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in large bowl. Mix on medium speed for two minutes.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter approximately 2/3 full.
- Bake for 17 to 22 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Remove and let cool.
- Frost with the frosting of your choice. (Ready-made cream-cheese frosting is excellent on these cupcakes.)
