Ingredients

cooked prunes

prune juice

sugar or other sweetener

salt

egg whites
Instructions
Combine egg whites and salt; beat to soft peak stage.
Add sugar or sweetener and beat to stiff peak stage.
Gently fold in cooked prunes and juice; pour into a baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until top is browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve at the table from the baking dish.
Recipe Notes
For individual single servings, mixture can be baked in small custard cups or ramekins.
