Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked prunes
- 2 tsp prune juice
- 3/4 cup sugar or other sweetener
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 egg whites

Instructions
- Combine egg whites and salt; beat to soft peak stage.
- Add sugar or sweetener and beat to stiff peak stage.
- Gently fold in cooked prunes and juice; pour into a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until top is browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve at the table from the baking dish.
Recipe Notes
For individual single servings, mixture can be baked in small custard cups or ramekins.
