Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup cooked prunes chopped
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup nuts

Instructions
- Blend sugar, oil, and eggs. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt, alternating with the buttermilk. Add vanilla, nuts, and prunes. Bake in a 13x9x2-inch pan at 300 degrees for 45–60 minutes.
