Ingredients

lightly beaten

coffee creamer

cup
cooked prunes

prune juice + more if needed
Instructions
Lightly grease a bread (loaf) pan.
Combine all ingredients to a thick but spreadable consistency, mixing in additional prune juice if necessary.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and the top is browned and crusty.
