Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 5 egg yolks lightly beaten
- 1 cup coffee creamer
- 3/4 cup cooked prunes
- 3 Tbsp prune juice + more if needed

Instructions
- Lightly grease a bread (loaf) pan.
- Combine all ingredients to a thick but spreadable consistency, mixing in additional prune juice if necessary.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and the top is browned and crusty.
