Pig Shots
  1. Cut Kielbasa into 3/8-inch pieces.
  2. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each sausage piece and secure with a toothpick, or use a skewer and pierce 4–5 pieces.
  3. Mix cream cheese, Mexican cheese, chilies, chili powder, and cayenne pepper; pipe or spoon mixture into small shot glasses.
  4. Place shot glasses and sausage on a foil-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  5. Grill at 280–320 degrees (indirect heat) for 70–90 minutes.
  6. Optional: Instead of grilling, you can bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
