Ingredients
- 2 rings Kielbasa flavor of your choice
- 2 lbs bacon regular cut
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 3 oz green chilies diced
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Cut Kielbasa into 3/8-inch pieces.
- Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each sausage piece and secure with a toothpick, or use a skewer and pierce 4–5 pieces.
- Mix cream cheese, Mexican cheese, chilies, chili powder, and cayenne pepper; pipe or spoon mixture into small shot glasses.
- Place shot glasses and sausage on a foil-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Grill at 280–320 degrees (indirect heat) for 70–90 minutes.
- Optional: Instead of grilling, you can bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
