Instructions
  1. Peel oranges and cut into small pieces. Shred cabbage and combine with orange pieces and pecans.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix remaining ingredients together, pour over slaw, and toss lightly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate approx. 20–30 minutes before serving.
