Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies**
  1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Form into 24 small balls.
  3. As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press a peanut butter ball lightly into the center of each cookie.
  4. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips on 50 percent power in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until almost melted, stirring until completely melted.
  6. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of the melted chocolate over the top of the cookies so the peanut butter is covered.
  7. Let chocolate set, then store in an airtight container.
