- In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Form into 24 small balls.
- As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press a peanut butter ball lightly into the center of each cookie.
- Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate chips on 50 percent power in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until almost melted, stirring until completely melted.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon of the melted chocolate over the top of the cookies so the peanut butter is covered.
- Let chocolate set, then store in an airtight container.
