  1. Fill 9-x13-inch pan half full of sliced peaches.
Topping
  1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and baking powder together until crumbly.
  2. Put crumb mixture over top of peaches.
  3. Pour water over top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
