Crust
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
Filling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 6 peaches sliced
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded, sweetened coconut
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Instructions
Crust
- Mix crust ingredients well and put into a greased, foil-lined, 9-x13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling
- Cook filling ingredients, and spoon over pre-baked crust.
Topping
- Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of filling; bake 20–25 minutes longer. Cool for 10 minutes in pan before cutting into bars.
