Peach Cobbler

Filling
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9-x13-inch pan.
  2. Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick and smooth.
  3. Mix peaches and cinnamon and place into bottom of pan. Pour sugar/cornstarch/water mixture on top.
Topping
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and grated butter together into a crumbly mixture and add milk.
  2. Drop by tablespoons over the peaches. Dot with remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and bake for 30 minutes.
